I really loved the patch as I normally get really bad asian flush about 15 minutes after consuming my first drink, but I didn't even get pink until 2 hours later! Normally my flush is really bad and it spreads down my chest and arms and my face becomes really splotchy but after the patch only my cheeks and eye areas were a little pink. I have been using both patches and tablets for quite some time and highly recommend this product to anyone. The last order of patches received I noticed left a sticky glue film on my skin after removing. the actual patch. It takes a while to remove this sticky substance byt scrubbing with soap. Patches work fine but I am wondering if something changed the manufacturing process which caused this. Not sure if others noticed but just providing honest feedback to product that I still regard as useful.

A friend bought me an iBlush pack last Christmas and they worked very well! I have extreme asian flush and these definitely dialed it down. I had used it all up before I even noticed. I was skeptical at first, but it did work! I drank more than usual, and didn’t have any strong reactions. Though they do work efficiently, it’s still smart to drink slowly. The alcohol will be broken down faster though, so it’s not going to cause such a strong blush (at least for me).

This is me about 3-4 hours after drinking a couple of shots and some sips of beer! I usually get really red after only a few shots, and I would also get migraines, rashes (but not itchy), and I could hear my heart pounding. I didn’t get any of those that night, only a tiny bit of redness! I knocked off one star because I still got a massive hangover the next day, and the patch left residue and a slight bruise (it didn’t hurt though). However, I think it was just the vodka that messed me up and the fact that I didn’t eat much before drinking. Also probably left the patch on for too long. Overall will continue to buy this and try out the pills.

The reason for my low review is I’ve ordered patches twice since my first purchase, neither of my orders reached me, I can’t track where they are now and I have not received any contact from iBlush to try to organise redelivery or a refund. That part of it has been really disappointing.

I followed the instructions and applied two patches half an hour before drinking, and it definitely worked. I wasn't flushed red as I typically would have. The only drawback is the very unpleasant smell of the patches, and the sticky residue left, which was painful to remove from the skin. I can deal with the sticky residue, but I wish something could be done to improve the smelliness. The smell was quite pungent and I hoped no one else was distracted by the smell. Will I use the patches again? Well, it would depend on the occasion, and I would have to weigh up the pros and cons, and in particular, if the occasion is worth dealing with the stinky smell. Also it might be worth noting, I developed a slight headache later in the evening, which I think was caused by the patches.

The patches did not work with my redness. In the photo attached I was wearing 4 patches and drinking rum cola and only had 4 glasses of it with only 20% is to 80% rum and cola ratio per glass. Though it did not totally stop the redness it helped in easing my discomfort (palpitations and headaches) and I did not have hangovers. I tried wearing 8 patches at one time it lessened my redness but it was still obvious.
I expected the patch would not fully work for me but I’m still grateful for it as the best part in using the patches is that I did not get drunk faster than compared to not wearing the patches it really did ease some of mu discomforts when drinking alcohol. It made me enjoy the my time with my friends more. Maybe I’ll try the tablets next time.
